Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga National Park show how far Leonida's introduction extends beyond beaches and city streets. Rockstar places one in the state's industrial interior and the other against its northern border. Their descriptions suggest different sources of conflict: dependence on an employer in Ambrosia, and distance from government scrutiny around Mount Kalaga.[1]

Both belong to the studio's six featured destinations. That list introduces the state; it is not a complete inventory of every settlement or a set of published administrative boundaries.[1][6]

Ambrosia's employer and its other authority

The Allied Crystal sugar refinery is the named workplace in Ambrosia. Rockstar pairs it with a local biker gang that supplies much of the rest of the town's economy. The relationship gives the region a recognisable company-town structure without yet explaining where lawful business ends and criminal control begins.[1]

PC Gamer interprets Ambrosia in those terms, describing a community dependent on a single industrial employer. It also names a Final Chapter biker gang. IGN's regional guide uses the tentative Final Chapter MC identification, whereas Rockstar's location description simply refers to a local gang.[5][11]

The newer IGN screenshot coverage discussed in our autumn recap uses The First Chapter instead. Older guides use Final Chapter MC tentatively; Rockstar's own location copy supplies neither name. Keep both reporting labels qualified rather than presenting a definitive club identity.[1][5][11]

IGN also notices burning fields in the official images. The scene adds tension to the industrial setting, but neither the screenshot nor the location description supplies a cause. It would be speculation to assign the fire to sabotage, a protest or a particular mission.[11]

Mount Kalaga's outdoor setting

Rockstar places Mount Kalaga National Park on Leonida's northern edge and promotes hunting, fishing and off-road trails in its description. It also introduces people in the surrounding backwoods who live at a distance from official oversight. The park's setting is populated, even though its public image offers more space than the city.[1]

IGN compares the broad role to Mount Chiliad in GTA V and identifies dirt bikes, kayaking and helicopter rides in the image set. Its guide cautions that naming an outdoor pursuit in location copy does not disclose the full mechanics of that pursuit. PC Gamer applies a similar distinction to the activity hints.[12][5]

That is especially useful for fishing: readers can report that Rockstar mentions it without inventing equipment, progression or rules. The available copy establishes the outdoor theme, not a manual for the park.[1][12]

Two different ways out of Vice City

Ambrosia's introduction centres on who supplies work and who holds local influence. Mount Kalaga's centres on terrain, outdoor pursuits and people living beyond close supervision. Those are distinct reasons to leave the main city, not simply promises of a bigger map.[1]

A fuller guide will need routes and region-specific gameplay detail. Until then, these two settings already explain the variety Rockstar is pursuing across Leonida: an industrial community with concentrated power, and a northern wilderness where that power is less visible.[1][5][6]
